Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged in transit. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Orders@GlowingWithKi.com with your name, order number and pictures of the product and the defect.

Reactions to our natural and certified organic ingredients are uncommon, unless you have a food allergy to an ingredient. PLEASE pay attention to what is in the product before purchasing. If you are unsure we recommend you patch test our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If  irritation develops, discontinue use. We will not refund for allergic reactions. If an allergic reaction occurs please send pictures to Kierra@GlowingWithKi.com for a 20% off code and guidance to heal.
